Designed for all skill levels, these leagues feature popular sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football and more. Get familiar with UIdaho’s intramural sports leagues
Intramural sports are perfect for making new friends and enjoying friendly competition within the UIdaho campus community. With a range of co-ed, men’s and women’s leagues, U of I’s Intramural Sports program aims to be as inclusive as possible with a variety of competitive options to choose from, such as:
- Pickleball
- Soccer
- Flag football
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Three-point contest
- Futsal
- Ultimate Frisbee
- Cornhole
- Cribbage
- Badminton
- Sand volleyball
- Spikeball
- Table tennis
- Wiffleball
- Dodgeball
Intramural games are typically held Sunday through Thursday in the afternoon or evening during the academic year, with special events and single-day tournaments on Saturdays. Games take place across various U of I athletic facilities, including the Student Rec Center, Kibbie Dome, Admin Courts and Memorial Gym. To participate, you must register through IMLeagues.com using an active @vandals.uidaho.edu or @uidaho.edu email address.
