What to expect
Orientation offers a comprehensive introduction to university life, including:
- Campus tours to familiarize you with key locations.
- Information sessions on academic expectations and resources.
- Opportunities to meet employees and fellow students.
- Guidance on course registration and advising.
- Insights into student organizations and extracurricular activities.

Take a first day of school picture, find an on-campus job, watch a movie or just go see what's happening on the Rec Center lawn.
Orientation dates
early to make sure you secure your spot:
- Fall semester: Aug. 20–23, 2025
- Spring semester: Jan. 8–10, 2026
- International students: Additional sessions are held prior to the start of each semester to address visa requirements and cultural adjustment.
