÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ing for or certifying Idaho residency
If you want to apply for or certify Idaho residency, you must submit a worksheet for review. Residency cannot be determined verbally, and the burden of proof rests with the applicant to provide clear and convincing evidence of satisfying the Idaho Residency Requirements. Submitting a worksheet does not guarantee classification as a resident for tuition purposes.
You may not qualify for Idaho residency if:
- You attended an Idaho institution with financial assistance from another state or governmental entity within the last 12 months. This includes WUE and WRGP programs. WUE restrictions may not apply if you are entering a graduate program after receiving a bachelor’s degree from an Idaho institution.
- You are not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident or are otherwise not
