Operations management ensures raw materials are converted into marketable goods as efficiently as possible. In turn, supply chain management graduates optimize the creation and flow of products from sourcing to production to delivery logistics
As a student in the operations management program, you’ll learn to move services from the production floor to the marketplace quickly and cost-effectively. You will manage systems, productivity and resources, and improve processes for real businesses, preparing you to work across a diverse range of industries, including sportswear, food production, aerospace, manufacturing, timberland real estate, conservation and more.
