A broad education in art
When studying visual arts, you develop both the creative and intellectual skills to succeed in today’s global art and design communities.
In this program, you will gain a well-rounded liberal arts education, focusing on art and design. In addition to courses in the humanities, languages and art history and theory, intensive studio instruction will hone your technical skills in one of the following areas: graphic design, interactive design, painting, sculpture, printmaking or photography and digital imaging.
The program features an integrated curriculum where students become strong visual thinkers, gaining a profound understanding of the potential of visual work in its many contexts.

Professional fees
CAA’s Professional Fee directly supports essential resources such as design studios, specialized equipment, student groups and more. Fee costs are:
- All full-time students (10-20 credits) - $716.00 per semester
- Part-time undergraduate students (1-9 credits) - $72.00 per credit
- Part-time graduate students - $80.00 per credit (does not exceed $716)
